The Services : REMNANTSMARKET.COM is a web-based marketplace assists between contractors, The Site is a scrap piece online marketplacefor example, if you have a remnant to sell or want to buy remnant then REMNANTSMARKET will help you to find easily the remnants for the right price. Remnants materials such as building supplies, Carpets, Faucets, Marble, Flooring, Landscape, Supplies from cabinets, Lumber and Sink etc. The Site collects and displays tons of remnants from contractors on Site to help other contractors find exact material. It is up to the contractors bid or subsequently uses the services of that contractor or of any other contractor listed on REMNANTS MARKET. Contractors capable to contact each other through direct call, or chat only if he/she registeredwith REMNANTS MARKET.

REMNANTS MARKET makes no representation, express or implied, regarding the price and promise of any Contractor, nor does it assume any liability, in contract or in tort, in relation to any work actually performed (or promised to be performed) by the Contractor. Your use of REMNANTS MARKET confirms your understanding that REMNANTS MARKET in no way vouches for or otherwise makes any representation regarding the price, nature and quality of Contractor services and that REMNANTS MARKET incurs no liability in relation to any payments made to any Contractor or in relation to any service actually promised. Confirmyou understand that REMNANTS MARKET is an online marketplace only and not a due-diligence service, and that you are fully responsible for your own due diligence with respect to any Contractor you consider for any job and promises.

Marketing Materials, reviews and other Information on the Site

The Contractor available on the Site is for information and marketing purposes only and (1) are not intended to assist you in your due diligence, are not in themselves due diligence and are not a substitute for due diligence; (2) do not constitute a promise, representation or warranty, whether express or implied, made by REMNANTS MARKET regarding the pricing and promising of any Contractor. REMNANTS MARKET do not have responsibility for any remnant materials’ their quality and quantity, which posted by contractors.

Payment

The contractor must pay agreed amount to REMNANTS MARKET when to sign and can set up his/her profile, and download the pictures of selling construction surpassing materials(remnants),  or can search surpassing construction materials such as leftover carpets, hardwood flooring, drywall panels and woods piling up in your shop or warehouse etc. For agreed amount includes unlimited transaction, download pictures and responds. Contractor must include in the profile the correct business address and official phone numbers. REMNANTS MARKET provides online gate for Contractors to sell their own and used materials or surpassing construction materials (remnants). REMNANTS MARKET is not interested in what kind of construction materials they selling or total amount or how much is this, and it does not depend on the amount of replies you receive. Contractors should use PayPal by credit card or debit card. Contractors and PayPal will contact each other directly and any fees relating to PayPal are the sole responsibility of PayPal and Contractors.REMNANTS MARKETdo not save any credit card or debit account information and do not charge any fees. The Contractor becomes searchable after pay the agreed amount and the other constractor has the option to search for contractors in two ways. For example: When the Contractor posts on the website, the contractor will be able to see the post and reply to them after that contractor can see the contractor’s own profile and can choose his used or surpassing construction material.  Otherwise, Contractors can search by their zip code the contractor will be shown on the search list. If Contractor wants to terminate agreement, contractor needs to write notice and sent it to REMNANTS MARKET email before 14 business days. The payment for using website is not refundable when terminating an agreement at anytime.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. REMNANTSMARKET.COM AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.
